Refund & Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations done prior to the 30 days of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the total tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 20-29 days prior to the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 50% of the total tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 10-19 days prior to the date of departuure, initial deposit amount or 75% of the total tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done 9 days prior to the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply, and you will receive no refunds.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situations, will have to be borne by the traveler.
- Our team reserves the right to change the plan in case there is danger involved for the group.
- No show and trip changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
